Bigger thread counts guarantee better material quality and when purchasing your linens make sure that the material has a large thread count especially if you're choosing cotton. However, in this case you have to choose the right size as these materials can be harder to stretch.

Your bed should be completely clean and dust mite free as this will most certainly help you to avoid any unwanted issues such as skin allergies, infections and respiratory allergies.
